Holly Jackson is releasing a new book ‘ The Reappearance Of Rachel Price’ which will be available to the public on the 2nd April 2024.
Jackson wrote the bestselling series ‘A Good Girls Guide To Murder’ which has sold over 400 thousand copies on only the first book in the series and is also now being made into a film.
The new book is about 18-year-old Bel who has lived her whole life in the shadow of her mom’s mysterious disappearance. Sixteen years ago, Rachel Price vanished, and young Bel was the only witness. Rachel is gone, presumed dead. The case is dragged up from the past when the Price family agree to a true crime documentary.
According to A School Reading List A Good Girls Guide To Murder is ‘a hugely popular book with 13 year olds in KS3.’
I asked year 8 student Megan about Holly Jackson’s book series and she said that ‘ I think Holly Jackson is an amazing author, I love her series A Good Girls Guide To Murder and cant wait for her new book, the whole series was so engaging and truly thrilling’
As someone who also loves Holly Jackson and has read all of her books including five survive, I cant wait for her new book and already have it on pre order!
